The San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus is no amateur when it comes to recruiting singers. Already a chorus of nearly singers, in any given audition they can have up to 60 singers auditioning for only 30 spots. Sectional rehearsals can be used as make-up rehearsals. Attendance at rehearsals and performances is mandatory. Organizing events like our concerts has been profoundly impactful, creating an inclusive community and supporting local organizations.
